John L. Garrison

John L. Garrison, Jr., has served as a director since October 2018 and serves as a member of the Organization and Compensation Committee and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Since November 2015, Mr. Garrison has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Terex Corporation, a worldwide manufacturer of lifting and material handling solutions, and since August 2018 has served as the Chairman of the Board of Terex Corporation. Previously, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Bell Helicopter, a segment of Textron, Inc., since 2009.
