Kin Soon

Kin Soon is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale IT operations across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the APAC IT Business Operations Manager at Flowserve Corporation since January 2020, Kin leads a 60-member support team, focusing on infrastructure, service delivery, and governance. Previously, Kin held the position of Regional IT Manager at Halliburton Far East PTE LTD for 15 years, overseeing IT operations and project management for a 35-member team. Earlier career roles include IT Project Manager at IBM Singapore Pte Ltd, where Kin ensured 24/7 infrastructure availability, and IT Customer Service and Network Engineer at Jardine Office System Singapore Pte Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence for Business from Singapore University of Social Sciences and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hull.
