Krysten Sear Cooper is a seasoned HSE professional with extensive experience in safety management across various industries. Currently serving as HSE Manager for Onsite Services at Flowserve Corporation since June 2020, Krysten has previously held positions such as HSE Director at Americrane Rentals and Safety Manager at Allegiance Crane & Equipment LLC. With a solid background as Site Safety Manager at Brock Group and Safety Coordinator roles at Universal Plant Services, Houston Controls, Inc., and SGS, Krysten has demonstrated expertise in managing safety programs, incident tracking systems, and compliance coordination with a focus on improving workplace safety. Krysten holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety from Columbia Southern University and has completed additional studies at the University of Houston-Clear Lake and San Jacinto College in Environmental Science.
