Tanja Blatnik

Tanja Blatnik is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in the insurance and technology sectors. Currently serving as VP Insurance and VP Customer Success at FlowX.AI since November 2023, Tanja also holds a membership with the Virtual Advisory Board since June 2024 and founded Ondina Strategy in January 2020, focusing on advising businesses through digital transformation. Previously, Tanja was CEO of S.C. Euroins Romania Asigurare-Reasigurare S.A from March 2021 to June 2023, where significant operational transformations were implemented. Tanja's experience includes roles as COO at Generali Slovenija and Adriatic Slovenica, where oversight of IT and strategic projects were key responsibilities. Additionally, Tanja has contributed as an advisor to GenePlanet, guiding the development of insurance products that integrate genetic research. Education includes a degree from the University of Ljubljana in Finance.
