Dr. Sabine Elias serves as the Head of Consulting at FLS – FAST LEAN SMART since June 2021. Prior to this role, Dr. Elias worked at Questback GmbH/Tivian GmbH from May 2016 to May 2021. Previous experience also includes a position as an HR Business Consultant at ML Consulting from September 2008 to April 2016. Dr. Elias holds a Master of Arts in Social Science from FernUniversität in Hagen and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources, Organisation and Management from the University of Bayreuth. Additionally, Dr. Elias earned a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Sustainable Management from the University of Bremen.
