Aarthy Yuvaraj

Aarthy Yuvaraj is an accomplished legal professional with over 23 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure industry. Currently serving as the Head of the Legal Department and Board Member for FLSmidth since November 2010, Aarthy is noted for driving organizational change and fostering high-performance teams. Aarthy's expertise encompasses contract management, having reviewed and negotiated over 700 contracts, including complex MOUs and partnership agreements, while also successfully recovering significant receivables through strategic negotiations. Previously, Aarthy held the position of Assistant General Manager at MERO Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, overseeing various aspects of contractual processes for major infrastructure projects. Aarthy holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy, accompanied by a Bachelor of Engineering from NIIT, Trichy.
