Shahina Sultan

Shahina Sultan is a Senior People and Organisational Development Specialist at FLSmidth since April 2014, where significant contributions include establishing the company's first Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council and leading the HR workstream for the acquisition of Mining Technologies from Thyssenkrupp. Shahina has also served as a Workday Product Owner and Project Manager, managing multiple HRMS rollout projects across numerous countries. Prior roles include consultancy at MetLife focusing on PeopleSoft deployments, a Vice President Relationship Manager at Citi Singapore, and HR Information Manager at Man Investments in London, among other positions in HR systems analysis. Educational qualifications include a CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management and a BSc with Honours in Biology.
