Fluency Group
Owen Walton brings almost 30 years of experience in international business and education to Fluency Group, including co-founding the International Language Institute (I.L.I.) of Seattle. Owen lived and worked in Japan as a corporate trainer and United Nations Association Language Testing Officer. In addition to his work at Fluency Group, Owen taught business undergraduates about information systems at Seattle University’s Albers School of Business and Economics from 2013 — 2016.
