Eric Mayhew has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Eric began their career at Blue Circle Cement as a Project Engineer from 1996 to 1999. Eric then joined Goodrich Fuel and Utility Systems as a Systems Engineer in 1999, where they worked until 2007. During this time, they also took on the role of Diagnostics Technical Lead at Goodrich Corporation from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, Eric joined Dealer.com as a Product Architect, focusing on Advertising Products. Over the years, their role evolved, and they held positions such as Technical Director, Director of Advertising Product Development, Senior Technical Staff Member, and eventually became the Senior Director of Advertising Products. In 2017, Eric founded Fluency, Inc. and currently serves as the CPO/President/Founder. Fluency is a business-to-business digital advertising platform provider serving industry-focused digital marketing companies.

Eric Mayhew obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
