Fluent City
Lydia Darly is a co-founder of the Nova Frontier Film Festival & Lab, a role held since March 2017. As an independent filmmaker and actress since January 2017, Lydia also serves as a visual arts teaching artist with Au Pair Weekend, leading workshops in filmmaking and acting. Lydia has been a senior French teacher at Fluent City since September 2017, offering lessons in diverse settings. As an acting coach under Darly Productions, Lydia contributed as a producer for The Womanity Project from April 2017 to January 2021. Additional experience includes serving as a French interpreter for the Brooklyn Academy of Music and holding roles such as first assistant director and casting director in various film projects. Lydia's educational background includes studies at the Lee Strasberg Film and Theatre Institute and a graduate degree in nutrition from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
