Kathryn Doner

Kathryn Doner is an experienced design professional with a strong background in graphic design and user experience. Currently serving as the Director of Design at Fluent, Inc. since July 2020, Kathryn has previously worked as a UX/UI and Graphic Designer at AdParlor and held a Senior Graphic Designer position at 6degrees Integrated Communications. With a background that includes leading graphic design efforts for major clients at Achievers, Kathryn has branded and designed over 100 reward and recognition programs, achieving contract values between $80k and $2.5 million, for notable companies such as CVS Caremark and 3M. Kathryn began the career as a Junior Designer at Aardvark Design Solutions Inc. after obtaining a diploma in graphic design from Humber College and a B.A. in Sociology from Western University.
