Agnete Elisabeth Purup

Agnete Elisabeth Purup has a diverse work experience. Agnete Elisabeth is currently the Head of Nordic People Partnering & Talent at Flügger group A/S, where they oversee recruitment, training, development, onboarding, and employee engagement. Prior to this, they worked as the People Performance Manager at Flügger, leading the Nordic People Partners team and driving the people agenda in Commercial Nordic.

Before their role at Flügger, Agnete was the Owner and Personal Trainer at AS Fitness ApS, where they built their own training business after completing their personal trainer education. Agnete Elisabeth also worked as the People and Culture Manager, DK at Too Good To Go and as a Recruiter at Corpay One.

Earlier in their career, Agnete held various roles at Telenor, including Manager, Head of Social Media, Customer Service; HR Business Partner; Team Leader, Retail SWAT Team, Education & Training; and Executive Trainee. Agnete Elisabeth started their career as an Account Manager at L'Oréal, responsible for the make-up and skincare business with Dansk Supermarked.

Agnete also gained experience as a PA to Senior Client Partner/Project Assistant at Korn/Ferry International, a waitress at Sticks'n'Sushi, and a volunteer in the Royal Danish Airforce.

Agnete Elisabeth Purup's education history includes various degrees and certifications. Agnete Elisabeth obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Language, and Culture (German) from Copenhagen Business School in 2010. In the same year, they also completed an exchange semester at Korea University Business School, focusing on Business. In 2011, Agnete attended Harvard University and studied E-commerce Strategies. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management & Marketing, known as "cand.merc HRM," from Copenhagen Business School between 2010 and 2012.

Recently, Agnete explored their interest in fitness and became a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor at the Fitness Institute in 2020. Additionally, they obtained certifications in People Test Logic and People Test Person from People Test Systems A/S in October 2022. Earlier, in June 2014, they received a certification in PRINCE 2 Project Management from ILX Group.
