Michael Graffeo

Michael Graffeo has held a variety of positions in the medical device industry since 1997. Michael began their career as a Co-op Student at Abiomed, followed by a Senior Engineer position at Cordis, a Johnson & Johnson co. From 2000 to 2005, they held the role of Marketing Intern at DePuy Mitek, followed by a Marketing Manager position at Hologic. In 2006, they became an Associate in the Emerging Leadership Program at Cytyc Corporation and held a Territory Manager role at Hologic. From 2009 to 2014, they were the Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Dune Medical Devices and then the Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at OvaScience. Most recently, in 2018, they became the CEO and co-founder of FluidForm and an Advisor at Graffeo and Associates.

Michael Graffeo obtained a MBA from Harvard Business School between 2004 and 2006. Michael also earned a M.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University in 1999-2000. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Engineering Physics from Cornell University between 1995 and 1999. Michael completed their secondary education at Phillips Academy, Andover in 1995.
