Shaun Comley

Shaun Comley, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Human Resources Operations for Fluidra North America since January 2025. Prior to this role, Shaun held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Chromalox, where leadership of a six-member HR team facilitated support for over 350 employees, achieving significant reductions in temporary staffing and labor costs. Experience also includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Intertape Polymer Group, advising on employee experiences across two locations and managing recruitment processes. Shaun’s extensive background in human resources is complemented by over a decade of service in the United States Air Force, where roles spanned from Senior Human Resource Manager to Lead Aviation Maintenance Production Manager, overseeing personnel management and operational logistics for thousands of employees. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University and several academic qualifications from the Community College of the Air Force.
