Juan Carlos Vanegas

Juan Carlos Vanegas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partnership development and cloud growth. Currently serving as the Director of Partnerships - Global at Fluidstack since July 2025, Juan Carlos is focused on building a partner ecosystem to enhance AI compute delivery worldwide. Prior to this role, Juan Carlos was the Director of Cloud Growth for EMEA at WEKA from August 2023 to July 2025, where responsibilities included establishing cloud business initiatives in the region. Juan Carlos spent over a decade at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from October 2012 to August 2023, holding various positions including Account Manager for Startups and Named Accounts, managing priority clients within BENELUX. Additionally, earlier experiences include roles at EMC, Kraft Foods, and Vector Marketing, complemented by a degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida, earned in 2009.
