Elton Fortuin

Elton Fortuin is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in brand and communication roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Brand and Communications at Fluor Corporation since November 2024, Elton previously held the position of Vice President for Group Communication and Brand Management at Sasol from July 2012 to December 2024, where global communication strategies were developed and executed. A strong foundation in internal and external communications, media relations, and crisis management was established through previous roles at Shell, Business Connexion, SITA SOC, ArcelorMittal, and Nedbank. Elton's academic background includes an MBA from GIBS Business School and a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Johannesburg, complemented by a short course in Digital Marketing.
