Alexandra Claridge-Mursell has a diverse work experience in technical operations, complaints handling, and customer experience. Alexandra started working at Fluro in 2019 as a Technical Operations Specialist, and later became a Senior Technical Operations role in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Goldman Sachs in 2018 as a Complaints Handler and was also involved in consumer and commercial banking. Alexandra also has experience at Saga Insurance from 2016 to 2018, where they focused on customer experience, including up-selling and cross-selling, meeting targets and KPIs, and providing training to team members.
Alexandra Claridge-Mursell attended Christ's College in Canterbury from 2010 to 2011. During this time, they pursued a BTEC degree in Business.
