With extensive experience in customer operations, Jeff successfully merged customer service teams following the Paddy Power and Betfair merger and managed various customer support and training divisions. Prior roles include E-Care Manager at Vodafone, where Jeff was instrumental in defining online self-care strategies. Jeff holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Communications and Advertising from Technological University Dublin and a BA in Economics and Information Studies from University College Dublin.
