Emily Csizmazia

Emily Csizmazia is currently the Director of People Experience for the UK and Ireland at Flutter Entertainment Plc, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Emily accumulated over a decade of experience at Lloyds Banking Group, where roles spanned from Head of Group Inclusion and Diversity to Senior Manager in various capacities including transformation and analysis. Notable interim and leadership positions were also held, showcasing a strong focus on inclusion and organizational effectiveness. Educationally, Emily holds a Master of Science in Professional HR, a CIPD Advanced Level Diploma, and a Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership from BPP University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Kent.
