Silviya Tomova

Silviya Tomova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and talent development. Currently serving as the Senior Global Manager, Learning and Talent Development at Flutter Entertainment Plc since October 2022, Silviya previously held the position of Senior Global Learning Partner at Rackspace from December 2015 to October 2021, where the responsibility included developing a global L&D strategy and managing a team. Earlier roles at Amazon included Talent Development Business Partner-International and HR Business Partner, focusing on talent processes and employee engagement. Silviya's career began at Tesco as an HR Generalist/Assistant, with foundational roles in human resources at DLA Piper, mallon errington, and Verizon Wireless. Silviya holds an MA in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Warwick and a BA in International Relations from SUNY Geneseo.
