Andrea A., PMP, currently serves as the Head of Planning in the Strategy and Ops department at Flutterwave since December 2019, where responsibilities include leading annual and quarterly planning processes, managing prioritization, and overseeing companywide performance management. Prior to Flutterwave, Andrea held various roles at Access Bank Plc from April 2013 to November 2019, including PMO Lead and Scrum Master, focusing on program implementation and agile methodologies. Andrea’s career began at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc in 2009, handling customer transactions and banking operations. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Covenant University.
