Jo-Sharon Udoh

Jo-Sharon Udoh is an accomplished professional in customer success management, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Flutterwave since December 2016. Udoh has held various leadership roles within the company, including Head of Customer Success & Technical Account Management and Head of Customer Success Operations. In addition to ongoing contributions at Flutterwave, Udoh is an Executive Member of Pavilion, a community for leaders in high-growth companies, and a member of Women of Customer Success. Previous experience includes leadership positions in quality management at UBA Group and test analysis roles at First Bank of Nigeria Plc, Stanbic IBTC Bank, AXA Insurance UK, and others. Udoh holds an MSc in Software Engineering Management from Durham University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Middlesex University, alongside a recent executive education program in strategy from London Business School.
