Leah Uwihoreye

Leah Uwihoreye is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and regulatory affairs. As a Board Member at the American Chamber of Commerce in Rwanda since January 2024, Leah contributes to local economic initiatives. Since October 2018, Leah has held multiple roles at Flutterwave, including Regional Lead for Regulatory Affairs and Government Relations in Eastern Africa, Business Development Lead for Rwanda, and Business Consultant. Additionally, Leah is the Founder and CEO of Golden Thoughts Ltd since June 2017, focusing on connecting women artisans to online markets, providing technical assistance, and promoting digital entrepreneurship for rural women. Leah's educational background includes training in Business Development from Alibaba Business School, a diploma in Network Operations from Internet Society, and a degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology.
