Mike Messervy

Mike Messervy currently serves as the Director of Accounting at Flux Power, managing the Accounting Department to ensure accurate preparation of financial statements, overseeing cash disbursements and accounts receivable processes. Previously, Mike held the roles of Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and Internal Audit Manager at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included budget tracking, forecasting, internal audits, and facilitating Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Prior experience encompasses positions at Organovo Holdings, EY, and roles in various capacities at Beta Alpha Psi, contributing to leadership and operational excellence in audit processes. Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from San Diego State University and additional diplomas in Recording Arts and General Arts from The Recording Arts Center and Community College of Rhode Island, respectively.
