María Florencia Paz

María Florencia Paz is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and leadership. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner Specialist at Flux IT since April 2021, María leads and coordinates the HRBP team, aligning it with the strategies of the Value Human area. Previously, María worked at NEORIS, managing labor relations and personnel administration, and held roles such as SAP HCM Consultant and HR Analyst at CCR CUORE, where responsibilities included internal communication, training, and performance evaluation. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Centro Operativo Municipal and involvement in organizational roles during an electoral campaign.
