Olga Porcu

Olga Porcu is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of HR for South Europe at Flying Tiger Copenhagen since May 2021, Olga has previously held multiple HR roles at Burger King from April 2016 to April 2021, including HR Business Partner and Field HR Specialist. Prior experience at McDonald's Corporation from August 2009 to March 2016 featured positions such as Store Manager and Shift Manager. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Society from Università degli Studi di Milano, several master’s degrees in HR Management and Project Management from 24ORE Business School and Talent Garden, as well as executive courses focused on diversity and sustainability from POLIMI Graduate School of Management.
