Katarzyna Sekuła is the current Head of HR at Flying Wild Hog, a position they have held for the past 3 years and 8 months. Prior to their current role, Katarzyna worked for Human Capital Consulting Sp. z o.o. for 7 years and 3 months, where they held various positions such as Senior Manager, Recruitment Senior Manager – IT & Technology Team, and Team Leader of Sales & Marketing Division. In their role as Head of HR, Katarzyna is responsible for both hard and soft HR functions. These include but are not limited to: HR partnering, development, compensation and benefits, onboarding and offboarding, recruitment, payroll, foreign employees, administration of benefits, personal administration, GDPR & archiving.

Katarzyna Sekuła holds a master's degree in applied linguistics from the University of Warsaw, which they obtained between 2006 and 2011.
