Dan serves as President of Operations for Apple American overseeing more than 458 Applebee’s in 26 states. In this role he also directly manages the Market Presidents and Directors of Operations in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Minnesota, New England, Pennsylvania and Ohio. Dan joined Apple American Group in 1998 as Director of Operations for the Washington Market as part of the company’s initial acquisition of Applebee’s restaurants. In the 10 years previous to his tenure with Apple American, Dan worked his way from Applebee’s General Manager in Minnesota to Washington Director of Operations.
