Neysa Reilly currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas at Flywire, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Neysa was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Attentive from August 2019 to March 2025, focusing on building a scalable recruiting team while remaining involved in key searches for the Revenue organization. Neysa has extensive experience in talent acquisition, including roles such as Director of GTM Recruiting and Lead Recruiter at Twitter from December 2014 to August 2019, and Global Sourcer for Ad Sales at TripAdvisor between July 2012 and November 2014, where strategies were developed to meet recruiting goals across multiple regions. Neysa started a career in recruitment as a Recruitment and Development Manager at EF Education First from May 2010 to July 2012, overseeing regional recruitment efforts. Neysa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, graduated in 2010, and attended Boston Latin School from September 2001 to May 2006.
