Nancy van Kleef-van Duijvenbode is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, marketing, and sustainability. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy, Marketing and Sustainability at FM Group since July 2018 and as the Chief Executive Officer of purple-wire since November 2019, Nancy has also held significant leadership roles such as Managing Director at Greentail and Board Member at Flower Council of Holland. With a strong background in retail and marketing, Nancy previously owned and served as Chief Creative Officer at Veer&Moon and SOS Retail, focusing on revitalizing the appeal of flowers and enhancing customer engagement in retail environments. Nancy's diverse career also includes management positions at Villa Happ and Vroom & Dreesman, alongside entrepreneurial ventures involving retail operations and franchising. Educationally, Nancy holds degrees from Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Rotterdam and Ichtus Hogeschool, complemented by a VWO from Wolfert van Borselen.

The services within the group - such as the marketing agency and the business intelligence department - support optimising the sales of the customer groups and offer sales promotion resources, but also sales data per area/country. With our exceptional scale and strength in the field of human capital, global and local sourcing, widespread distribution and services, FM Group aims to strengthen the position of the global specialist and wholesaler. Currently, we employ 2,000 people at FM Group worldwide and sell to 25,000 customers, spread over 82 countries. And we are jointly responsible for a turnover of 500 million euros (2020).
