Luis Lovosrivas

Luis LovosRivas has extensive experience in manufacturing and leadership roles, currently serving as Business Unit Manager at FM Industries since January 2018, specializing in bead and grit blast, anodizing, and advanced final cleaning. Previously, Luis held various positions at MechoSystems from June 2007 to 2017, including Manufacturing Manager, where leadership encompassed three shifts, five supervisors, and 180 associates, achieving daily production goals while enhancing safety and cost efficiency. Luis also worked as Quality Manager at MechoShade Systems, Inc., overseeing a team of 12 and managing various inspection processes. Luis's career began in the United States Marine Corps, serving as Company GySgt from 1996 to 2013, focusing on mission accomplishment and leadership development. Luis graduated with a General Studies Diploma from David Starr Jordan High School in 1996.
