Ryan Pennington is a seasoned music industry professional currently serving as a Senior A&R Representative and Curator at Musicbed since July 2022, where responsibilities include acquiring and managing talented artists and their music catalogs for sync licensing. From August 2018 to July 2022, Ryan held the position of A&R Representative at Musicbed, scouting over 100 independent artists, enhancing client experiences through curated playlists, and overseeing the release of numerous songs monthly. Ryan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Music from the University of Oklahoma, complemented by ongoing professional development at Memorisely.
