Previously, Chayapol held key positions at East-West Seed as Marketing Manager and at Arysta LifeScience, where responsibilities included Head of Fungicide Category for Asia Marketing. With extensive experience spanning over two decades at companies such as Dow AgroSciences and Monsanto, Chayapol has cultivated a strong background in marketing and sales within the agricultural industry. Chayapol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy from Kasetsart University.
