Jakob Lyngsø Andersen

Jakob Lyngsø Andersen currently serves as the Human Resources Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at FMC Corporation since April 2015, where responsibilities include HR and integration efforts following the acquisition of Cheminova, alongside establishing a new European Innovation Center and Business Hub in Copenhagen. Prior to joining FMC, Jakob held various senior roles including Senior Vice President of HR & Communications at Cheminova A/S and Senior Vice President & Head of Group HR at FLSmidth A/S. Jakob's earlier career featured significant positions at CP Kelco, Mercer, TDC, and Unilever. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Henley Business School, a Master's degree in the Psychology of Organisations from Roskilde University, an HD-O in Organization from Copenhagen Business School, and an Officer A-linien degree from Hærens Officersskole.
