Michael Harrington

Michael Harrington is a Senior Associate Scientist at FMC Corporation, where the primary focus is on utilizing analytical chemistry methods to assess the efficacy of agricultural chemicals on biological materials since May 2016. Previously, Michael worked as a Laboratory Technician at Atrium, assisting in insecticide assays and herbicide trials while maintaining insect colonies and monitoring plant growth from May 2015 to May 2016. A foundation in botanical work was established as a Volunteer Botanical Assistant at The Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University, where tasks included data entry and specimen mounting from September 2012 to May 2013. Michael Harrington holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Rowan University and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Agroecosystems at the University of Florida, expected to complete by December 2025.
