Matt Berendsen is an Investment Banking Analyst at FMI since May 2022, focusing on Construction Materials M&A. Previously, Matt served as a Global Pricing Summer Analyst at Pfizer in the summer of 2021 and developed skills as an Account Development Intern at TSI Healthcare from May to August 2020. Matt’s early experience includes an internship at Latham & Watkins in 2018 and coaching at Rival Lacrosse from 2015 to 2018. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from North Carolina State University, completed in December 2022, and attended The Catholic University of America prior to that. Matt graduated from Episcopal High School in 2018.
