Felicia Cooper has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Felicia started their career in 2004 as a Technical Support Analyst at Alijon Consulting, where they worked until 2011. In 2006, they joined Allscripts as an EMR Support Tech, and stayed there for five years before moving on to Epiphany Healthcare in 2011. At Epiphany Healthcare, they initially worked as a Level II Technical Support, where they mentored and trained Level I support staff and resolved escalated cases. Felicia then transitioned into an Implementation Tech role, where they worked until 2015. Felicia's most recent position was as a Technical Support Tech at FM:Systems, where they started in 2015 and is currently still employed.
Felicia Cooper began their education at Western Suffolk BOCES from 1983 to 1985, where they earned an Associate's degree in Data Processing. Felicia then pursued their studies at Farmingdale State College from 1998 to 2000, obtaining an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Programming and Information Systems.
