Holder of a DEA and a magisterium in employment law, Tiffany Foucault began her career in 2001 by successively occupying the positions of HR manager and HR project manager in Groups such as Coca-Cola Entreprise or GE Healthcare. In 2013, she joined the BIC group where she held various HRD positions. First, she developed and redefined the HR strategy and organization for the European distribution subsidiaries and set up a structuring program for the development of sales and customer service skills aimed at improving performance. More recently, Tiffany played a key role in the transformation of the BIC group by contributing in particular to the creation of the Supply Chain function, on a global level, for all product categories.
