Vincent Gufflet est Directeur Services et Opérations, en charge de l’ensemble des activités autour des services, de la conception des offres jusqu’à l’exécution opérationnelle. Il assure également le pilotage de la filiale Wefix.
A graduate of ISAE-SUPAERO, Vincent started his career as a consultant at Arthur D. Little in 1995. In 2000, he joined the Kingfisher Group to take responsibility for the strategy of the DIY activity. From 2003, he held various positions of responsibility within the Darty Group: head of new activities, director of development DartyBox, marketing director of the services division, director of customer relations, then general director of services from 2015. He then held the position of Fnac Darty Services Director until 2018, then Products and Services Sales Director until 2021.
