Joseph Mudondo, ACCA has a diverse work experience that spans over several notable companies. Joseph began their career as an Audit Assistant at EY in 2004 and later became an Audit Senior at Ernst & Young in 2006, where they played a crucial role in planning and supervising various audits. After leaving Ernst & Young to pursue a MSc in Banking and Finance, they joined Standard Chartered Bank Zambia Plc in 2008 as an Associate Director, where they managed a portfolio of clients within the Financial Institution & Development Organizations segment. In 2012, Joseph joined Stanbic Bank as an Account Executive, overseeing a portfolio of clients and implementing strategies to support the larger Corporate and Investment Banking Strategy. Currently, they hold the position of Head - Banking Division at FNB Zambia since September 2021, where they are responsible for leading the banking division. Joseph possesses a strong background in finance and banking, with experience in relationship management, credit risk management, product development, and people management.
Joseph Mudondo, ACCA, pursued their education in a chronological order. In 2002, they attended the Zambia Centre for Accountancy Studies, where they obtained a degree in Accountancy. From 2006 to 2007, Mudondo attended Oxford Brookes University, where they earned a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting, specializing in the field of Accounting. In 2007 to 2008, they furthered their education at the University of Leicester, completing a MSc in Banking & Finance, focusing on the area of Banking and Finance.
