Dave Jesse began their work experience in 1988 at First Tier Bank, where they completed a loan officer training program. In 1989, they joined FNIC Trusted Insurance Advisors, starting as a Sales team leader, focusing on construction and design liability. Dave later became a member of the Board of Directors in September 2013 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2016.
Dave Jesse graduated from Creighton Prep in 1979. Dave then obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1983 to 1988. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on finance at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1990 to 1993.
