Adria Hammer

Adria Hammer is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in quality management and product development. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at Focal Point, LLC since July 2019, Adria has successfully led the establishment of quality processes for new product development and implemented corrective action processes for engineering. Prior to this role, Adria spent 15 years at Caterpillar Inc., where various positions, including Quality Manager and Operations Group Manager, resulted in significant achievements such as a 76% reduction in defects and the successful recovery of production units through lean processes. Adria holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering.
