Ahmed leads Focus’ help desk team, field services group, and cloud operations teams to ensure clients continue to receive the highest level of support and solutions. In this role, Ahmed offers ongoing support to the field managed IT services team, schedules and coordinates tasks, and addresses complex on-site and remote issues. Ahmed has nearly 20 years of IT industry experience.
