Natacha Knaepen has extensive experience in personnel administration, workplace conditions, and organizational culture. Currently serving as Coordinatrice administration du personnel and conditions de travail at SPF Sécurité Sociale since October 2020, Natacha also holds the position of Senior Strategic Advisor at Novelles since October 2016, where efforts focus on supporting organizations through value-driven change. Previous roles include Corporate Legal & Culture Advisor and Legal Advisor - Legalcovid at SPF Santé, and various legal positions within FOD Sociale Zekerheid. Natacha co-participated in the NoVo program, which aimed to transform organizational culture. Academically, Natacha holds a DES in social law and a Licence in law from Université libre de Bruxelles.

FOD Sociale Zekerheid - SPF Sécurité Sociale
Le SPF Sécurité sociale offre un soutien de qualité lors de la préparation, de l'exécution et de l'évaluation de la politique sociale, et ce en collaboration avec ses partenaires belges et internationaux. Par ailleurs, le @SPFSecu fournit divers services à des utilisateurs de différents groupes sociaux. Les allocations aux personnes handicapées sont les plus connues, mais les travailleurs indépendants, les employeurs ainsi que les travailleurs salariés peuvent également s'adresser à nous pour obtenir des services spécifiques. --------- De FOD Sociale Zekerheid waarborgt een kwaliteitsvolle ondersteuning bij de voorbereiding, uitvoering en evaluatie van het sociaal beleid en dit in samenwerking met Belgische en internationale partners. Daarnaast staat de @FODSZ in voor allerlei diensten aan gebruikers uit verschillende sociale groepen. Het bekendst zijn de tegemoetkomingen voor personen met een handicap, maar ook zelfstandigen, werkgevers en werknemers kunnen bij ons terecht voor specifieke diensten.
