Tammy Cowser

Tammy Cowser, MBA, PHR, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Administration and Operations at Foley & Lardner LLP since April 2018, Cowser has held significant roles including CHRO at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP and Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP, as well as Human Resources Project Manager at Taproot Foundation. Cowser's earlier experience includes leadership in human resources at ALAS, Inc., managing a corporate office with over 100 employees and a substantial budget. Beginning a career as a Campaign Executive at Lake Area United Way, Cowser's educational background includes a B.A. and MBA in Psychology and Human Resources from Purdue University.
