Liza Martinez

Liza Martinez has extensive experience in customer success and account management. Liza is currently working at Folloze as a Senior Manager, Customer Success. Prior to that, they worked at Synup as a Senior Manager, Customer Success, where they helped businesses with their local marketing, discovery, and engagement. Before Synup, Liza was the Senior Director of Client Success at Mattr, where they assisted clients in discovering and activating influential media and people aligned with their brand's values. Liza also worked as an Account Director at Confirmit, where they managed accounts. Earlier in their career, Liza served as a Senior Account Manager at Vesta (formerly known as Social Media Link), where they helped brands and agencies navigate social media marketing. Liza started their career as an Account Planner at Euro RSCG Latino (Havas Worldwide) before transitioning to the role of Customer Service Supervisor at Valley National Bank.

Liza Martinez has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, specializing in Advertising & Promotion, from Pace University. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in Digital Media Marketing from New York University.
