Inka Gyllenbögel has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Inka started their work experience at Intrum Justitia Oy in 2009, where they worked as a Customer Advisor and later became a Collections Agent. In 2011, they joined Suomen Asiakastieto Oy, where they took on roles such as Service Development Assistant, Quality Coordinator, Quality Manager, Project Manager, Business Development Manager, and Development Director. During their time at Suomen Asiakastieto Oy, Inka was involved in M&A projects and had responsibilities in product development, P&L management, and ISO 9001 certification. In 2021, they joined Fonecta Oy as the Head of Digital Presence, and later became the Head of Product Platforms in 2022. Overall, Inka Gyllenbögel has accumulated significant experience in various roles, with a focus on product management, business development, quality management, and project management.
Inka Gyllenbögel attended the University of Vaasa from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting and Finance.
In addition to their formal education, Inka Gyllenbögel has also obtained two additional certifications. In March 2014, they earned the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN. More recently, in December 2021, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) after completing training at Tieturi.
