Markus Vuorinen has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 16 years. Markus currently holds the position of Head Of Products and Technology at Fonecta Oy, where they are responsible for ensuring that digital marketing products and services are readily available to customers. Prior to this, they worked at Telia as the Head of Portfolio Design & Transformation, where they focused on transforming product design principles and creating digital services. Markus also served as the Head Of Cloud & Datacenter Product Teams at Telia, overseeing the development of relevant business services in cloud and datacenter product areas. Markus has experience in managing service portfolios and business development as the Offering Director at Telia Inmics-Nebula and as the Head of Service Offering at Nebula Oy. At Hewlett-Packard, they held various roles including Regional Account Architect, Chief Architect, Service Delivery Manager, and Project Manager. Markus also worked as an IT Service Delivery Manager at British American Tobacco and as an Administrator at TietoEnator at the start of their career. Throughout their work experience, Markus has demonstrated a focus on driving growth, improving business efficiency, and adopting new technologies to support business agility and scalability.

Markus Vuorinen completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Laurea from 2002-2006. Markus then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration and Information Technology at Laurea University of Applied Sciences from 2010-2011. In addition to their academic qualifications, Markus obtained certifications including the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2019, and the Google Ads Search Certification from Skillsoft in July 2022. Markus obtained the Google Ads Search Certification twice in the same month and year.
