Amy Simons

Amy Simons is a seasoned professional in institutional research and student success, currently serving as the Coordinator of Institutional Research at Fontbonne University since June 2022. Previously, Simons held the position of Institutional Research Analyst at Fontbonne University, where data analysis and reporting were central to supporting institutional effectiveness and strategic planning. Simons has also contributed as the Director of Student Success and Retention, focusing on enhancing student outcomes through data-informed strategies. Additional experience includes roles at Saint Louis University and University of Central Arkansas, where Simons designed training programs and provided individualized student support. Earlier career roles include program management and market research analysis at CDW and ASQ, respectively.
