Erin Baldwin (Dougherty) is an experienced manager with a strong background in category and marketing strategy within the dairy foods sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Category & Marketing team at Fonterra since August 2013, Erin leads a team of 10 in developing sustainable global strategies and innovation roadmaps across various channels such as Ingredient, Foodservice, and Consumer. Previous roles at Fonterra include Senior Global Category & Innovation Manager for Foodservice UHT and Global Category & Innovation Manager for Dairy Beverage & Desserts. Prior to work at Fonterra, Erin held various management positions at Eternal NZ Ltd, including Operations Manager and Projects Manager, and started a career as the Australasian Account Manager at Mead International Ltd. Erin holds a Bachelor of Consumer and Applied Science specializing in Food Science and Marketing Management from the University of Otago.
